The Pine Barrens Trip

This was the infamous day that everything happened. The following is a break down of the events of that day based upon the video that was shot by the victims and Jim Suerd.

The following frames were captured from a videotape that was sent anonymously to the filmmaker.
It was largely destroyed and has required the expertise of Michelle Monarch, a data retrieval analyst for partial restoration.

Moments after these frames, Locus Wheeler and Rein Clackin were murdered. Both cameras were running, though it is nearly impossible to discern what is happening.
This footage was never seen before the making of "The Last Broadcast" and has caused the case to be put under review by the state supreme court of New Jersey.

Rein's camera points down to what Locus was shooting. (It should be noted that Locus and Rein were searching for Steven at this point in time. He had vanished into the Pines one hour earlier.)	Rein's camera points toward Locus as Locus stares at something behind Rein. This is one of the last clear frames before the video turns into a jumble of ground, trees, darkness and finally nothing... as Rein, camera still in hand runs from whatever it was that Locus saw.
